The dimension, shape, weight and permissible deviation shall meet the requirements of GB/T709
Thickness tolerance: +/-1.52mm
Flatness: 4mm/m

The chemical composition of plates shall be accordance with the following table 1.

Carbon equivalent (CEq)
Carbon equivalent shall be not more than 0.60% for plates of WQ690D.
Carbon equivalent shall be calculated as follows:
