These two grades covered by EN 10028-3 are given in two qualities: low temperature quality (P275NL1) and special low temperature quality (P275NL2). Compare with P275NL1 steel, P275NL2 steel has the same minimum yield strength of 275 Mpa, but different impact tested at -40 deg C.
