Thickness tolerance: +/-1.52mm
Flatness: 4mm/m
Surface shot blasting or peeled.

Steel making process: EAF+LF/VD

Carbon equivalent (CEq)
Carbon equivalent shall be not more than 0.76 for plates of 1E0653.
Carbon equivalent shall be calculated as follows:
CEq=C+Mn/6+(Cr+Mo+V)/5+(Ni+Cu)/15 (%)
