Chemical composition of 20MnMoNi55 steel plate

20MnMoNi55 steel plate, 20 means the carbon element content is 0.2%; 55 indicates that the content of Ni element is 54.5-55.5%, which is the steel plate for boiler and pressure vessel. It is applicable to the production and inspection of steel plates with thickness no more than 150mm.

The size, shape, weight and allowable deviation of 20MnMoNi55 steel plate shall comply with GB6654.

Delivery status of 20MnMoNi55 steel plate: normalizing+tempering or quenching and tempering.

C 0.15-0.25, Si 0.10-0.35, Mn 1.15-1.55, P≤0.015, S≤0.012, Cr≤0.20, Ni 0.45-0.85, Mo 0.40-0.55, Al 0.01-0.05, Cu≤0.15, V≤0.02, Ti≤ 0.03, Sn≤0.011, As≤0.025, N≤0.013
