Low segregation and fine grain structure ensure uniform hardness after heat treatment. Machinability index ≥ 80% of free-cutting steel. These thick steel plates come in thicknesses 150–500mm with sawn or flame-cut edges. Pre-stress-relieved to minimize distortion. Suitable for plastic molding and drop forging.
