Processing flow of Q195 steel
Q195 steel belongs to carbon structural steel. It has excellent plasticity, toughness and welding performance. The disadvantage is that its strength is relatively low, but it is very convenient to process. The common Q195 steel processing process is as follows:
1. Rolling: Put the steel billet into the rolling mill for multiple rolling to deform and gradually elongate, and finally become a Q195 steel plate with the required thickness and width.
2. Cutting: Use the cutting machine to cut the Q195 steel plate into the required length or shape for the next step of processing.
3. Forming: Forming Q195 steel plates by cold bending or heat treatment, such as making pipes, angle irons, profiles, etc.
4. Surface treatment: Clean, paint, galvanize and other surface treatments are carried out on the formed Q195 steel to improve its corrosion resistance and appearance quality.
5. Inspection and packaging: inspect the finished Q195 steel products, and package and transport them according to specifications and requirements.
