Executive standard: GB/T713. The size, shape, weight and allowable deviation of 14Cr1MoR(H) steel plate shall comply with the standard provisions of GB/T709. The thickness deviation of the steel plate shall be implemented according to the B-type or C-type deviation of GB/T709, and shall be indicated in the contract.

Production process: During the production of 14Cr1MoR(H) steel plate, the fluctuation range of chemical composition is strictly controlled, and harmful elements such as P, S, Sn, Sb, As, Cu are strictly controlled, so as to reduce the tendency of cold embrittlement and temper embrittlement, and improve the corrosion resistance quality of steel. Controlling the temperature rise, strictly controlling the temperature rise and heat treatment process, so that the steel plate can obtain a reasonable bainite tempering structure and grain size, and improve the comprehensive performance of the steel.

Smelting method: The smelting process of electric furnace + out-of-furnace refining and vacuum degassing can be used for secondary electroslag remelting smelting. The steel plate shall be an intrinsically fine-grain killed steel.

14Cr1MoR(H) steel plate is used to manufacture large equipment with high temperature and high pressure, such as petrochemical, nuclear power, steam turbine cylinder block, thermal power, etc., in contact with hydrogen or hydrogen mixed medium.
