P265GH steel for high temperature boilers

P265GH is a European standard container plate with high temperature performance, which belongs to the boiler steel plate and has good plasticity, toughness, cold bending performance and welding performance. The domestic grade corresponding to P265GH grade is 25MnG. P265GH steel is the European standard EN10216-2 material standard, which is the second part of steel for pressure applications: non-alloy and alloy steel with high temperature performance. 25MnG is the national standard GB 5310-2008 high-pressure boiler steel. Nuclear power plants generally use P265GH.

Boiler steel application:

P265GH steel plates are mainly used to manufacture superheaters, main steam pipes, water wall pipes and boiler drums. It is required to have good room temperature and high temperature mechanical properties, anti-oxidation and alkali corrosion resistance, sufficient durable strength and durable fracture plasticity. The main steels used are pearlitic heat-resistant steel (chromium-molybdenum steel), austenitic heat-resistant steel (chromium-nickel steel), high-quality carbon steel (20 steel) and low-alloy high-strength steel.
