Characteristics of 35# high-quality carbon steel: No. 35 high-quality carbon structural steel (GB/T699) has good plasticity and appropriate strength, good process performance, and acceptable welding performance. Most of them are in normalized and quenched and tempered states. 35# carbon steel is widely used in the manufacture of various forgings and hot-pressed parts, cold-drawn and upsetting steels, seamless steel pipes, and parts in machinery manufacturing, such as crankshafts, rotating shafts, shaft pins, levers, connecting rods, beams, sleeves, wheels Rings, washers, screws, nuts, etc.

35# steel heat treatment specification and metallographic structure:
Heat treatment specification: normalizing, 870; quenching, 850; tempering, 600.
Metallographic structure: ferrite + pearlite.

35# steel delivery status: delivered in the state of no heat treatment or heat treatment (annealing, normalizing or high temperature tempering). If it is required to be delivered in a heat-treated state, it should be indicated in the contract, and if it is not indicated, it will be delivered without heat treatment.
