Dimensional error and appearance quality of S235JR steel plate
The dimensional error of S235JR steel plate has a great impact on its processing and use. According to the national standard GB/T700 2006, the thickness error of S235JR steel plate is between 0.5mm and 1.5mm, the width error is between 0.2mm and 0.2mm, and the length error is between 0mm and 20mm.
The appearance quality of S235JR steel plate refers to the defects on the surface of the steel plate. If the surface of the S235JR steel plate is defective, its service life and aesthetics will be affected. According to the provisions of the national standard GB/T700 2006, the surface of S235JR steel plates shall not have defects such as oil stains, rust spots, burrs, and cracks, and the edges of the S235JR steel plates shall be straight, and defects such as burrs and cracks shall not be allowed.
