Introduction to 12Cr2Mo1R(H) hydrogenated steel

12Cr2Mo1R(H) hydrogenated steel is -30℃ impact hydrogen Cr-Mo steel, mainly used in petrochemical hydrogenation equipment, such as hydrogenation reactors. "12" represents the number of its chemical elements, "R" represents the first capital letter of the container plate, and H is hydrogen. The main steel types of hydrogen-resistant Cr-Mo steel are: hydrogen-resistant 14Cr1MoR steel plate for coke drum, hydrogen-resistant SA387Gr11C12 steel plate for gasifier, 2.25Cr-1Mo steel plate for hydrogenation reactor, large-thickness hydrogen-resistant 12Cr2Mo1R (H) steel plate, 2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V steel plate.

Technical standard of 12Cr2Mo1R(H) hydrogenated steel:
The size, shape, weight and allowable deviation of 12Cr2Mo1R(H) steel shall conform to the specified range of GB6654-1996 standard.
The thickness deviation of 12Cr2Mo1R(H) steel shall be carried out according to the B or C type of GB/T709.

Delivery status of 12Cr2Mo1R(H) hydrogenated steel: normalized (allowing accelerated cooling) + tempered delivery.
