Performance and production process of 19Mn6 steel plate
19Mn6 steel plate is a high temperature resistant boiler container plate, which is widely used in power station boiler drum drums. 19Mn6 steel plate implements DIN17155 standard. It is equivalent to the national standard Q345R steel plate, or the European standard P355GH material.
The delivery state of 19Mn6 steel plate is hot rolled or normalized.
Mechanical properties of 19Mn6 pressure vessel steel plate:
19Mn6 plate tensile strength 350-630MPa
19Mn6 steel plate yield strength 185-310MPa
19Mn6 steel plate elongation 17-25%,
19Mn6 steel plate 0-20℃ impact minimum 27-31J.
19Mn6 steel heat treatment: normalizing temperature 890-950℃, stress relief annealing 520-620℃.
