Fore-melt → LF refining → VD treatment → continuous casting (mold casting) → cleaning, heating → rolling → stacking → inspect the surface → batch → flaw detection → heat treatment → cutting sampling → inspect the performance → warehousing.

·Cutting process of S690QL steel:
After all performance indicators of S690QL steel plate meet the requirements of factory inspection, S690QL steel plate can be cut and processed according to the cutting process. Generally, CNC plasma cutting or CNC laser cutting are preferred when the thickness of S690QL steel plate within 20mm. If the thickness of S690QL steel plate over 30mm, CNC flame cutting is usually chosen to control the accuracy and time of cutting.
