The basic chemical composition of 12Cr1MoV generally includes several elements such as C, Si, Mn, P, S, Cr, and Mo in steel, among which C, Si, and Mn, as carbon elements, account for the largest share of the alloy, and their shares determine to ensure the quality and performance of 12Cr1MoV steel, their content varies according to the production process. Generally, the C content is 0.09%-0.15%, the Si content is 0.15%-0.30%, and the Mn content is 0.25%-0.50%. , P, S are generally only below 0.03% in the alloy, in order to reduce the oxidation corrosion of the material and improve the toughness of 12Cr1MoV steel.

Among them, the most important is the amount of chromium and measuring pliers, they can improve the wear resistance and hardness of 12Cr1MoV steel. The amount of molybdenum can increase the toughness of the alloy, thereby improving the welding tensile strength of 12Cr1MoV steel. The basic amount of chromium in 12Cr1MoV is generally 1.00%. -1.50%, the amount of molybdenum content is generally 0.25%-0.90%; in addition, in order to improve the heat resistance of 12Cr1MoV steel, a certain amount of chromium diamond titanium is generally added, and it is generally 0.20% 0.60%, and the amount of titanium content generally 0.18%-0.50%.

In short, 12Cr1MoV steel is mainly composed of carbon elements, chromium, molybdenum and a certain proportion of chromium, diamond and titanium. Their content and proportion are generally within a specific range.
